Dragomir Winery Estate
Located just 5 km from Plovdiv, on a beautiful hill near the village of Brestnik, Dragomir Wine Estate stands out with its impressive architecture, but its true beauty lies within - in its wine and team.
At the heart of "Dragomir" are Natalia Gadzheva and Konstantin Stoev - two of the most experienced and respected Bulgarian enologists, dedicated to local varieties and wine for over 30 years. Partners in both work and life, they are committed to the idea of local, quality wine, created with patience, attention, and respect for traditions. It's no coincidence that the winery's motto is: "Drink Local!"
In their own 24-hectare vineyards, established in 2017 in Svirkowo village, Southern Sakar, the varieties Rubin, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, and Petit Verdot are planted. The winery focuses on local and emblematic Bulgarian varieties of the Thracian Valley region - Mavrud and Rubin, with Dimyat as the white local representative.
All these varieties, along with Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, form the foundation of Dragomir's distinctive wines. Estate visitors can experience the power of patience, told through wine that leaves an impression - in the form of the emblematic Pitos.
The wine tour in the cellar combines tradition with modernity, industrial vision with a personal approach, artworks and wine as art. Dragomir Wine Estate offers wine tastings, beautiful corporate events, and hosts creative activities.
In 2020 and 2021, the estate was awarded the "Building of the Year" prize in two architectural competitions. In 2024, "Dragomir" received the "Golden Martenitsa" award from the "Made in Bulgaria" Union, and its name now stands among the TOP 100 best wine destinations in the world.
